I created a sleep improvement toolkit to help individuals build healthier sleep habits. Designed for medical and wellness offices, it includes a customizable sleep tracker and peelable instructional cards for interactive use.The sleep tracker links sleep hours to emotions with customizable colors, helping users identify patterns between sleep quality and well-being. The peelable cards offer concise sleep tips categorized into before, during, and after sleep, providing guidance on relaxation, sleep environments, and day routines. The cozysoundscape has provided peaceful sounds to help with sleep.
